bought a furniture set a month ago and still didn't receive it. They called me 4 times to schedule the delivery and no one show up. went to the store to complain, and no ones knows anything about it, I tried to call the number on my receipt and they say they will investigate and call back, no one calls. I had to pay 65 dollars as a delivery fee, for nothing
Tried multiple times to connect with a brain stem that could check stock on some windows (already obtained in Brenham) to fill out an order. Always forwarded to some other irresponsible party that never picked up. This, after several other "doorknob" experiences at other stores. These toads are just taking paychecks. Love their products, but they have a systemic failure going on in customer service.
We had a blast partnering with Lowe's and First Alert to talk to residents about smoke and carbon monoxide alarms while the kids enjoyed building a wooden fire truck and check in . Out two real ones. Thank You, Lowe's for helping to make Katy a safer place.
NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!!! I ordered carpet and had it installed over a month ago and I cannot get anyone out here to fix the defect!!!!
Lowes is awful! Ordered online and took two hours to sort it out. Employees are rude and no help. Never again.,,, Home Depot is where I will shop from now on
The service at this store has become so bad that I will be avoiding it at all cost in the future. The most recent case of poor service happened when I ordered a dryer online. My order was confirmed and I waited the obligatory 24 hours for the phone call to set a delivery time. I then called customer care and was told "because the item ordered was a display the order was cancelled". Really? And not one employee thought they should notify me of this change.
Telvin assisted me in returning a product without a receipt. He said over the phone come in and I will help you. He was right & credited my account. 5 star for Telvin! I wanted to let the manager on duty know around 5pm but there wasn't one available. 1 star for management. I say one star because I always tend to need help & I can never speak with one.
