I like the Staff and inventory, most prices very completive but the check system is way behind the times. No self checkout and no receipt e mailed to you. Being in Business saving time and tracking expenses is a big plus, Lowes fall short for now.

Placed an order for store pickup at 9:30 this morning. It’s 8 hours later and order still isn’t ready to pick up. Took 3 calls to the store to get someone to answer and then when they did answer they said they have no idea when it’ll be ready. Hell...I could have gone to the store to pick the items out myself and had them in my home by now. The Katy Frwy location is AWFUL! I have spent my entire life in customer service and the appliance dept here just set me off- A) does not listen to what you say, B) going to try to sell you what they believe you need ( funny since they didn't hear what you need) C) under trained employees---- if they would train the employees to LISTEN, CARE, and ACT on this they WOULD Be more valuable to the customer and in turn to the company also

If you want to be stood up on your appliance delivery order three times in a row, buy from Lowe’s. If you want to have your time wasted by trying to call their delivery Center to make sure they stop wasting your time with missed deliveries, buy from Lowe’s. If you want failed promises and lies from their executive customer service team at their HQ, buy from Lowe’s. If you want on time, good customer service try amazon, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc.

I’m not sure why I keep going back to this Lowe’s...... grumpy faces, “It’s not my department comment from employees, One cashier open, standing in line 10 minutes before a 2nd cashier opened, young cashier slinging items because she didn’t want to open line..... I’m wondering if the Lowe’s on Spring green is better???? I spend a ton of money there for this treatment..... no more???? Home Depot here I come

Six weeks and counting on blinds installation to be completed successfully. Manager does Not return calls. No communication trail maintained. Calls transferred in circles, calls dropped, nobody wants to understand what the problem is. Too bad there is not a zero rating for this store and the people in this store.
