I am so irrate. My family purchased an oven this past Sunday. It was delivered Tuesday damaged. Of course it was not installed. Who accepts a 1500 oven damaged?? They scheduled 2 other days to deliver with no delivery. Both times Lowes said they can't do anything and as of today just a 15% discount. We explained to them that there is an invalid with a strict diet which cooking for is the best for medications and still nothing. It is bad enough that the store manager refuses to speak to us. Ordered an item on Thanksgiving around 1 pm for Black Friday. When I called on Friday, I was told that the item did not get picked soon enough and now they are sold out. I was also told that they could not ship me one. I guess when they said you could buy it online Thursday, it did not mean you would get it.
Why would you not have more cabinet specialists when you know we suffered a major flood? You keep the same staff and schedule appointments 3 weeks out� how sad and arrogant is that as a company that is suppose to support the community

I hadn't an amazing man named Davis that was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. I bought a dryer and even though his shift was ending and the computers not cooperating he stayed and took care of my needs. He's a exceptional asset to Lowes in Katy, TX
