I want to give a shout out to the crew at the Lowes Katy location. Unaware of the new earlier closing time, I got to the store within 5 minutes of closing time to exchange a damaged Little Giant ladder that I purchased online. Nora, Jovan, and a couple other gentlemen spent the time to locate the ladders that just came with a new shipment to save me from making another 40+ minutes round-trip back to the store because it was the only store that had these ladder in stock as of yesterday. Purchased laminate floors from this store for my kitchen / dining area, it's been a month and still not finished, people helping at Lowe's are clueless and contractor they hire is lazy. After this long they still don't have the right product to finished the job. Contractor is messy and not willing to solve any problems. I have had to do some of the work just to be able to put the refrigerator back in place. Now were told it will be another 10 days before it's finished.
