We have spent over 2 hours in the last 3 days, trying to get some kind of idea of a delivery time for my new dishwasher and refrigerator. Each person I have spoken to (at least 5 different people) has been very nice, but so far no one has been able to resolve this problem. You would think that a company this large would be able to deliver appliances without making the customer call 2 or 3 times a day for 3 days. NOT happy:(
Ordered fridge and dishwasher online. Have called multiple times to get delivery date. Everyone at Lowes says they'll call back in 5,15 etc minutes. They never do. I wish I had bought from Home Depot.
Well I was going to buy a plant but the plant didn't have the price tag so I had to put it back as like find a way to put the price but no I mean is rude not to be able to get some help especially if you driving far away from your house to the store....
Just wish that when I order something on internet special order, that they wouldn't take 30 min to find it in BACK and bring it up front to me!!
I am still at Lowes and cannot get anyone to help me. Just want sand and after an hour and 20 or so pages to get help the guy just showed up.
Been shopping here for years. Spent thousands of dollars. Order something for internet pickup. Have me sitting around forever for them to tell me they can't find it and come back Monday. That puts off my project for a week or more. Home Depot doesn't look that far away anymore.
