I ordered a replacement appliance (stove) for a set I had previously ordered and installed. They deducted the money from my account, cancelled the order, and then didn’t bother to notify me. I have had an issue every time I have ever ordered from Lowes. Every time! They just brush you off or hang up when you call. The entire Lowes appliance management team should be fired! I’m new to painting things the lady in paint was SO HELPFUL and everyone was amazing because I took my 5 month old puppy in with me and they were so friendly
I made a large appliance purchase and it was to be delivered in 1 week. It is now going on 3 weeks and have not received my item,nor a telephone call to advise me of delivery... I am very disappointed with the service here. I am trying to get a refund . Tried calling Corporate office and was kept on hold for more than 30 minutes...
Once you pay, customer service, if it existed in the first place, disappears. I understand they are busy during this time, but sending me to a Sports link instead of the Lowe’s message center is uncalled for & inappropriate! I was only asking to change my pickup to delivery because I wasn’t comfortable going inside the store with a very long line of people, most who were not wearing masks. So, instead they sent me a bogus link to change to delivery. I’D LIKE MY ORDER CANCELED. HOW CAN I GET THAT ACCOMPLISHED?

When it comes to deliver items Lowe's need huge improvement. I purchased dryer and got call that will be deliverd Monday between 11:30 and 3:30 No one show up I called them and lady informed me that wasn't even shipped. I took day off from work to be at home becuse I paid it to be install as well.When I called Lowe's second lady told me that they dont have on stock they just got them.Even sells person told me on the day of purchase that they have plenty. lies after lies.
