Store was packed line at ONE checker was very long! If you shop at Lowes you are forced to use the self checkout unless you are prepared to wait a very long time
Paid $35 to get someone to come out and measure for carpet instillation. They came out, measured and never called us back. We called and were told to go pay at the store and they would schedule instillation. Go to the store and were told there is no invoice for us. We've been doing a lot of business there as we are adding onto our house. No more. Tracking people down for assistance was always a pain.
If I could give zero stars, that's what I'd give. Purchased an item on-line, to pick up in store. (To save time.)Waited for 30 mins. For the girl to even send someone to get my order. (They weren't busy) Her and another employee were just talking the whole time... Very frustrating.
Ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered the next day, then have the delivery date pushed back 3 times to over a week later. ONLY to be told they dont have the washer in dryer in stock, in fact they dont have them at all! There is no ETA... Would have been nice to know before taking my money...

Horrible service! Young man in lawn and garden was very disrespectful. Spoke with manager and he just seems to be clueless to what matters about customer service.
1.5 hours from the time I got my door into the computer so I could pay up front until they showed up in the front so I could load it. Home Depot here I come !!!
