Horrible experience. Ordered a stove on Friday. Come Sunday, order didn't go through and was told that it would have to be Tuesday to receive it. Now being told not until Thursday because once again able problem with the order. Wasted almost a whole week waiting for a stove. On top of that, I got the run around for 2 days before they were able to get me the bottom of the problem. Constantly calling back since I would not get a callback as promised. Never again will I purchase an appliance from here.
It's a very nice place to buy my much loved plants and trees. ..but as for service it sucks....we were waiting for 30min to be told they no longer had my carpet I wanted. Really pissed me off..come on Lowe's get on the train ....and get it going the way it should be. . They need BETTER staff. . ...
The Garden Center is beautiful... Almost couldn't leave
Crappy customer service. I called before sending my husband down to get a key made for our son's car. The guy who answered said that we'd have to bring the key to have them physically look at it to get the right blank. BULL! When my husband got there, the helpful young lady looked up the key blank on the computer to discover they don't have any blanks right now. The guy lied because he was too lazy to take a few steps over to the computer. Definitely not going back.
Needed a refrigerator same day, had a floor model and nothing in stock. Lost a sale. Too bad so sad.
I ordered a bathroom vanity and received a notice of delivery date and time. There was a 2 hour window of delivery and they didn't show up and didn't call. They called the next day to again reset delivery between the hours of 7 pm and 9 pm. When I contacted the customer care service they stated the delivery was being handled by a 3rd part vendor and they should have called us the first day to let us know they rescheduled for the next day. They don't know how to listen.... they must have some type of training that makes them not care......
