Tried to purchase washer/dryer that was reduced couldn't get help and after 10-15 minutes we were told by Chase they were sold (rudely). No sign stating that. Either remove them or put a sold sign on them. I'll look somewhere else. Also they can't find my account even though I just opened an account in December.
Very disappointed in your company today. Went in to buy some tools and other stuff. Company policy is not to honor military discounts unless it's veterans day , unless you're retired military. What's the difference Lowe's . A veteran is a veteran. Looks like I'll be doing all my other shopping at mccoys and home depot. Thanks.
Don't expect Lowe's to honor their service contracts if you buy additional protection for any appliance. The range at my parents' place has been out for over a month, with numerous service visits from the joke of a company they contract to fix the appliances, and it's still not fixed. Lowe's is refusing to replace the range when my parents have clearly met the criteria for a new one. Every time they call to ask about a new range it's the same runaround. The very worst customer service ever! I returned a power painter I bought there but was given to much crap about returning it the customer service people in the store forced me to call the manufacture which I did only to be told that Lowes in Lake Jackson knows was unnecessary. So from now on I will shop their competitors and yes Lowes of Lake Jackson I will drive over 100 miles to not shop in your store!
