Very, very slow process for purchasing lumber, almost 4 hours total at the store. Employees didn’t really know what they were doing when loading it. Placed an online order said it would be ready by 6am showed up around 8 and was told no one would be there until 9 to get it for me. Had to get it off shelves ourselves. I don’t see how this place keeps business because the customer service and knowledge of the employees just isn’t there.
The young man that helped me pick out carpet was great. The people that came to measure were a half hour late. I got a call back with a price a week after the measurement was done, they left a voicemail. Now I can’t seem to get anyone to call me back. I just want some carpet put down in my house. Now I can’t even get someone to answer when I call in.
The beautiful ceiling fan with leaves as paddles...$50.00 cheaper at Home Depot!
I wish there was a negative star. WOW oh WOW is really all I can say about this! Lowe's lost a family this afternoon/evening! 2 HOURS, 2 phone calls to the local store, 2 phone calls to the corporate office & 1 email later. I did not get the lights I wanted to finish our home, ended up leaving and going to Home Depot. If you have a sale going on Lowe's you NEED to have those items on the floor NOT on top of the ceiling to where your associates can not reach with a lift machine.
