absolutely horrible store. management too. I called to check to see if they had pressure treated fence pickets 6’ long. lumber guy tells me they have 4,000. im trying to build a fence, so im home setting fence posts. send my wife down there. she cant find any. she gets told to check lawn and garden. nothing. she facetimes me and shows me both locations are empty, except for the empty pallet. asks cashier in lumber to check the system. wife has to look up item number. gets told theyre out. she even asked some female manager, ... read more

The old lady that was suppose to be helping me at the paint didn’t help me at all and was so rude to me that I had to have my fiancé go deal with her . And then she was even rude to him . We will never get paint there again . She does not need to be working around people or at Lowe’s if she hates her job that bad .
Very rude employees with no customer service skills at all. No happy faces when you first come in or anything just sour puses there..
Michelle in the Blinds department was friendly, professional , and very very knowledgeable! She even brought my a juice ASAP when my blood sugar dropped!! Thanks Michelle, and thanks Lowe’s! I got my blinds and am so happy!

Just called, took 15 mins to get Mill works on the phone, to be told, wait I need to find the person. She proceeded to tell me that I can’t get quoted on a door over the phone. So I start telling her brand, model, hinge design, etc. She tells me that when she finds her partner, he will call back IF HE HAS TIME. Beyond frustrated right now. poor poor customer service and joe the manager cussed my employee and kicked him out the store after he said something after waiting for an hour on an order I placed online that they told me was ready over 3 hrs before he got there
