The customer service is horrible. Management has no problem resolution skills. I have shopped lowe's for 15 plus years. This is the only lowe's I have ever had a negative experience with. The manager told me generating a complaint to corporate would just come right back to her, so my complaint was useless. Wow!

get people who work there who care about older folks and the younger ones need to go to a training class. They are so rude and could care less about you as a person. They talk to each other instead of helping you. They will just walk away away and come back maybe in a few minutes. Our time is just as important as there's. In fact we were going to buy a 2,000 lawn mower but after the experience we had there for get it. First and foremost everyone has words to use but sometimes they are not used for the right reasons. There more less to complain. I’m excited to report that I had a GREAT, OVER THE TOP, and OVER THE MOON experience with LJ Lowe’s. I was very pleased with the outcome of my situation. A little advice from me to you. Don't ever buy an appliance from Lowe's. The warranty is the lowest of lows. Week 2 of no refrigerator that's less than 2 years old. 3 half days off of work to meet 'repair man" and still no refrigerator. You have been warned.
Pretty upset the way this store has treated my dad and stepmom. They have been treated poorly in the past and decided to try them out again. They were flooded for the second time last year, like a lot of people in this area, and have been trying to slowly build their house back together...apparently with no help for this store. I would strongly recommend no one use this store for their carpet or any of their home improvement needs. The treatment they have received is unacceptable.
