The young girl in the paint department was so helpful and nice, but Lowe’s needs more HELP!
Horrible customer service. As a contractor time is money. And these people don't care about your time. I tried to give them a second chance and I was stuck waiting for 15 minutes to get some mulch I could have loaded myself. I'll never shop here again.
Used to love this store. No more ordered 3 appliances only 2 delivered but no one cared to notify us what happened. same appliance in stock here, will not let us have it.... says we haven't paid excuse me, see my receipt THIS WAS PAID WEEKS AGO, but still no appliance so basically Lowe's has robbed me. I should go to the police. now guy from Lowes working on my brand new samsung expensive refrigerator drops the door that was removed so the frig would fit through kitchen door. huge dents in my brand new frig.
