We lost EVERYTHING in Hurricane Harvey. They had a chance to make some good profit off us. But apparently EVERYONE was at lunch!!! Went to look at a water heater, they were at lunch, went to look at counter tops, they were at lunch. Was going to buy a water softner, FINALLY got someone to load it for us, he was going to unload it for us, we were waiting in line to check out, with only one check out line and 5 people in line, the checker decides to go outside and help a person with a lawn mower. 5 people 3 of them managers, all liars, worst service ever. LIARS
I have had an appointment for over a week for Lowes to come out and give me an estimate on a generator. My husband left work to be here when they arrived. Needless to say we were stood up, and trying to call the store was useless, also. This is the last straw for me. I have spent a ton of money in this store, over the past 20 years, but I am done. Goodbye forever, Lowes.
Bought a brand new refrigerator a week before #hurricanharvey and Lowe's won't honor warranty. Pitiful, we aren't asking for anything FREE, just what we paid for WITH A THREE YEAR WARRANTY, and only had it a week. But warranty doesn't cover rising water, REALLY??? But you claim your helping victims and raising money to " support" them....HOW? Won't ever shop at this establishment again.
Lowes came through for the community this morning with a shipment of generators and the price was very reasonable. Just in time before Hurricane Harvey. Thank you Lowes!
Lowes used to be my favorite home improvement store. We are currently doing a remodel/ repair of our bathroom. From the ground up. Needed everything. Went to plumbing and asked about a sink. The guy looked. Said they had one and walked off after we told him that we needed everything for our bathroom. The only ones who helped and did a great job are the ladies in plumbing.
