Well where do I start, we ordered a new bathroom in May 2017 plus a few other small jobs around the house, it’s Jan 2018 and it’s not completed, we can’t reach the project manager, can’t leave voicemail and nobody is coming back us, let’s see if this review does it, I do not recommend
Extremely unhappy with my visit to Lowe's today. I called Lowe's in the morning before making an hour drive to the store in regards to some returns of purchases that we made in the last two weeks but missed placed the receipt. The lady on the phone said no problem bring the stuff in without the receipt will do an in-store credit. Perfect I thought, there's some other items I need.I get to the store and there is a long list of stipulations to make my returns, none of which were mentioned on the phone. I ordered a tree stand online. Said this location had one. I rushed to pick up the stand before they closed since we have our tree and need it!!! They didn't have it and "couldn't" find it. Since it was close to closing time I felt they didn't care one bit about finding my item and they just canceled my order. Won't be purchasing from Lowes! Poor customer service!!! Very disappointed!!!!
I wanted a gallon of chalk paint in a certain color. She told me that it only came in quarts because of their mix directions.
I want to recognize three outstanding employees of yours that helped me this afternoon. Heather Josh and Andrew were all extremely helpful in helping me find what I needed and loading up the trailer I purchased for my husband. Please let them know how thankful I am!! Great job Lowe's.
Favorite home improvement store hands down! I'm in there at least 1x a week so I know the layout of the store pretty well. I've tried stopping at other stores out of convenience & end up going to Lowes because they have exactly what I need & I know where it's at. I've found they have very helpful & knowledgeable staff that have helped me problem solve many of my projects. I'm not sure at what age things changed, but going to Lowes is exciting for me & has became a favorite store of mine!
Hey, if you don't accept household rechargeable batteries, please indicate that on your website(also on recycle bins in the store). It's extremely aggravating to make a special trip to be told by some snotty customer service lady that "we only take the big ones."
I just spent 15 min in your store, asked 3 different staff members for help, left with nothing. If you cannot help someone (because you dont know the location of merchandise) the correct response would be "I am sorry, let me find someone who can help you". Nobody acted liked they liked their jobs, nor did anyone greet me with a smile. I will not be back. Not impressed.
