RecommendedI don’t have a problem with the location. But that crabby customer service lady you have working in the afternoons needs to go. Twice I’ve had to deal with her, and she just doesn’t make the cut. If you’re going to get short with your customers and talk to them like idiots over the phone, then you’re in the wrong line of work.

Visited my local Lowe’s (#1514)today in Grand Rapids, MI. Stopped by the customer service desk to get a problem resolved. Taylor came to my rescue after getting a lengthy run around. She resolved my issue with a high level of professionalism and a smile! This is the kind of customer service I expect and have received for over twenty years at my local Lowe’s. I will continue to shop at Lowe’s thanks to Taylor! Taylor is a ROCKSTAR and deserves to be recognized!
Today was my first time visiting this location. Max in the appliance section was very friendly and helpful with my dryer purchase.
Horrible in ALL aspects of customer service. I was a long time dedicated customer but not any more. Have spent A LOT of money there but due to a cashier error when ringing up a flood light that ended up not working out, they would not return or even provide store credit. Really? Anti- Lowe’s FOREVER!
Even the employees at Home Depot know that Lowe’s is a far superior store. I received this lovely note from a extreme liberal (when I picked up my curbside order) who couldn’t help but put her two cents in when I was saying to my husband that I hope Trump steps in and saves Michigan from our nit Whit governor....
I am a 100% disabled veteran and to see you are with holding selling The American Flag?!! whats wrong with you people??
$2700 order and not one person can tell me where any of my stuff is. 2 items made it, damaged, of course and the really big items show delivered but never arrived. Even with the 10% military discount ill take my business to Menards where they are at least competent.
