Very poor customer service. Also, clerks don't smile even after you say "thank you"... must be an unhappy lot of employees :P
Replaced my kitchen faucet this morning. I tried the repair kit to no avail To Bill in faucets, those extra parts that you sold me, I used them all. You saved me two trips back to Lowes. Thank you
Thank you for making time to our veterans....
Flooring sub...installation services didn't show up...multiple times, then sent a drunk to do the work. The drunk was smoking in the house, as well as letting his dog run in and out. He stated he was living out of a tent....and had a criminal history. when asked to leave, he refused, police had to be called. when he left, he turffed the yard, and threw human feces all over the shed and yard that was in a Lowes bucket....yup...just the kind of subcontractor everyone wants at their home!
don't use sub contractors, there is a reason they are sub
Not ONE employee made eye contact, said “hello,” or asked if I needed help finding anything. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.
Lowe’s is terrible!!!! So Disappointed! Tried to purchase blinds, pushed the button for service and the PA system announced three times for assistance with blinds. Three employees walked past and never acknowledged us. The fourth went to the computer at the desk where we stood and never acknowledged us. Took my business to Home Depot. Take that Lowe’s... because you lost my business for life!
Never will I come back here!
