Chris in your paint department is apparently one of those employees that feels customers are a nuisance because she was so rude and grumbly to us. In fact we had to follow her around just to listen to what she was saying because she kept walking away from us while talking. She didn't bother to find out when something might come in stock, just left us with a grumbly, "sometime in the next week".
There were a lot of associates asking if I need assistance yesterday, and I did!
Stopped in to check out some patio furniture and lights, I couldn't get anyone not even the customer service desk to simply check a price for me. After more than a half hour of patiently waiting my turn, I left disappointed.
Had Lowes do our back deck and the job was a total nightmare. They didn't order enough materials to start the job timely, so a 3 day job turned into a 2 week job. The contractor had taken on too many jobs so they rushed to complete our job and did a horrible job...in which they had to come back and fix. And still there are problems. We went back to Lowes because they installed our cement board siding and Trex front porch and they did a great job. Well the next day delivery isn't much better. No one called us for the time. This is the 2nd time this has happened. We just might be heading back to Home Depot for our flooring and that is going to be a lot of stuff. I guess if this place doesn't care.
