Just got done black Friday shopping at Lowe’s. Best black Friday shopping experience I ever had. They welcomed you with warm cider, coffee and donuts. Handed you a $10 coupon. Customer service was awesome. Would recommend the store very highly just for the people that work there.

Super easy to get great house hold needs at really good prices
I had quite a poor experience today at Lowe’s. I was receiving help from an associate in looking for a fruit fly repellent to put on my windows that also wouldn’t attract them. The associate and I were interrupted by another customer who needed help with a coupon. The associate just stopped helping me and walked away with the other customer. I waited about 10 minutes and the associate didn’t come back. Not okay.
They were very helpful when we picked out our appliances. The guy helping was supposed to have left for the day, but he was so helpful and patient! The delivery guys we so nice and professional when they were delivered. We are very pleased!
So upset! Got a gift card to Lowe’s and thought I’d get some flowers for the garden. I had a couple things in mind (plants) I wanted to get and couldn’t find them. I wanted around 20 minutes trying to find someone to help me! I spotted a girl who was working, she looked in my direction and then walked very quickly to the back of the garden center where you keep your pallets and Hilo’s. Bought a patio set from your company and was very happy with it. The sales associate was the nicest young lady. Very helpful. Wish I could remember her name. It was the Lowe’s on Plainfield Grand Rapids Mi. We were in the week before the purchase just looking, when we came in to buy it she remembered us and again very helpful. Also the cashier was very nice and double checked to make sure it was being shipped right. 😊 customers. Mr. and Mrs Nolen.
