I give you no stars...simply for your lack of compassion...it's a sad day when you purposely ruin someone's life..it affects an entire family...they lose a job they love because of a couple $ mistake...less than what you would drop in the bell ringers pot standing outside your doors...everyone has a choice...you as a company chose to take an innocent mistake of a loyal employee and do what you did....shame on you...
Dear Lowe's, we asked your help to install new windows for us 2 years ago. We didn't realize until this arctic storm hit us that the windows you installed for us are not completely sealed. There are large crack between the frames letting the cold air in. As it was last night and this morning, we got a layer of ice inside out house on the side and below the window... We are losing heat and the house is not warm. Can you please advice us what we can do...
