Worst customer service. After being placed on hold and talking to customer service 3 times and being transferred many more they still couldn't give me the status of my order. In the past when you ordered something they would call with a delivery status....not anymore. It's just wait around and see what happens. That's not okay. Over $5,000 of new appliances and they can't even tell me when they'll be delivered.
Silly. But I'm crafty and always have projects going. They always have what I need and if not can find it, willingly, for me elsewhere.
I love to wander this store, marveling at things I want but don’t know how to use 😇. Very helpful paint dept.
I purchased mulch online to avoid the wait time at the store. Three hours later, I went in to pick up and they didn’t have it ready (after sending me an email that it was ready). I had to go to the mulch area and pick it up myself. It took longer to buy it online than to go get it myself like I had to any way after checking out at customer service.
Come on Lowes, get your crap together. Bought a dishwasher from your location and still waiting on delivery 20 days later. This is after we were called to schedule delivery when the product wasn’t there. Then we rescheduled just to be cancelled on and rescheduled again. THEN.... my husband gets a phone call today that they are 6 min out and can we do the install before he leaves for work in 20 min. They said yes. 10 min later, delivery driver calls back and says they can’t find the dishwasher. We still don’t have it, thanks.... read more
Nope. Back to Home Depot I go. Not one single person asked if needed help, and when I asked the cabinet guy a question about cabinets he told me the paint department could probably answer my question better than he could �
No sales help available. Even when having the department paged overhead, no one shows up for assistance.
