Joey M***** kept me informed of everything and always responded quickly to any questions i had. The 8 I gave for timeliness of the loan was due to a delay the state was responsible for Not Loan Depot.] Loan Depot did what I needed rapidly. Looked out for me and reduced costs that made no sense

This was a very frustrating and drawn out experience. Lots of miscommunication and lots of no communication at all. Our closing was postponed by more than a month. I would be told one thing, and my husband another. Our senior account manager was very unprofessional....the list could go on! I'm not usually one to complain or leave bad reviews, but I feel this needs to be known!

We are working with LoanDepot on a refinance and the experience has been exactly as described by many others here in the reviews. Our documentation has been requested multiple times even though it was provided in full within hours of their request. Our loan officer has never (not a single time) returned any of our attempts to communication with her. We have left countless emails, phone messages, and internal messages via their portal. Loan depot treated my fiancé and myself very well. Responses came fast and with the current climate of buying a home I'm sure it wasn't easy. We closed in under 30 days.

Absolutely useless processing team, started my loan process in Dec 2020. Its been more than 4 month and they are not able to close the loan. Now holding me hostage that they will need to pull my credit again else they will not be able to fund my loan. Two credit pull for one loan is absolutely ridiculous. Though I like the rate and closing cost the processing team was absolutely useless. They stopped responding to my emails, no phone call or anything from there side. Bunch of scammers working for loandepot, they try to cheat customers in every step possible, they will give you a great rate buy hiding the fact that they are buying points and rolling all the costs into the loan saying we are lowering monthly payments.

I just read a few of the reviews prior to mine and I have to disagree completely. My husband and I were looking to lower our interest rate on our single-family home in Garden Grove. We wanted a 30-year fixed, 2.99%, no money out. From the moment we spoke with Terrence L. then turned over to Hannah M. we had nothing but great communication throughout the 3 weeks it took to finish. Process for refinancing was ridiculously long even during a pandemic. Took 6 months (July 2020-Jan 2021) and an extreme lack of communication from the agents and upper management. Numerous emails and calls that were never responded to. Only way to get things moving was to contact customer service. There is NO customer service here. Lost $1500 waiting for the refinancing to go through.
