Horrible experience. Loandepot opened my application and then closed it without my knowledge. When asked the rep told me that it was a mistake and then they reopened my application again. Without my consent they started charging my CC for fees, etc, etc.
Loan Depot is a reliable and trustworthy mortgage broker. The team I worked with was very responsive and effective in helping me meeting crucial deadlines in the application process. I rate then highly and I highly recommend their services.
