I have been dealing with loan depot since last thursday. I sent them all of the imformation they requested to begin processing my loan. Now it is wednesday and i am unable to contact the representive who i was working with or his supposed boss......I am very concerned that this is a fraud scheme to obtain my personal information. I submitted my info to lending tree and I was contacted by loan depot. They wasted my time and then ran my credit despite my explicitly telling them not to run it. They then called me being very pushy so I hung up. A few days later I received an entire application packet to fill out. (This is how I was able to see my credit was ran.

Rick was an incredible loan officer to deal with. He answered all my questions in a way that none technical loan people could understand, they processed my paperwork quickly and accurately, and we could trust him to do the work honestly and accurately. I would completely recommend him for any loan in Scott Depot, WV.

ZERO STARS - Like several other below, MY REFI RATE WAS LOCKED ON 12/14/2020 AND STILL AFTER 4 MONTHS MY LOAN HAS NOT BEEN CLOSED. Very poor customer service. I have been calling weekly and turning in requested documentation to get my escrow analysis completed to be accurate and reasonable. Loan Depot did not contact the tax assessor in my area when revising my escrow analysis; the tax estimate they provided was more than twice the high-end estimate from my county tax assessor.
