Great, awesome and amazing loan consultant, processor and accountants. Disappointed of the loan process took longer than expected but overall I give them high marks on excellent services.

Just funded a loan last week! My interest rate was previously 3% and it is now 2.5%. No cost, as promised back in December. Process took a little longer but the market price is way higher now so I am thankful!

Do not trust these guys! After almost 6 months we have nothing to show but a rejection letter for our refinance. We have an 810 credit score, enough cash on hand to buy out this mortgage at anytime, and a whopping 50% equity in the home. They stalled and stalled and stalled, while rates went up and up and up. Loandepot , Scott C*** would NOT give Desired,Requested Loan amount less than Loan amount he Stated was Loandepot minimum of $150,000, and 3.375 % loan as we only needed loan for $75,000 and a 10 or 15 Year Loan. Recently closed on a RE-FI. Both my loan officer, Janice Bae, and my Loan Processor, Kelly Popejoy were great. Janice thoroughly covered our options to reach our intended goals for RE-FI.
