If I knew of all these complaints, I would've never purchased anything. Purchased a ******* table back on 5/7/2022, and received it on 5/22/2022. Began a claim on 5/30/2022, after noticing the pilot holes on the table were missing. And turned out the table was destroyed. Returned a bed frame within the allotted time period of one week once I received it. Took Living Spaces one month to process the invoice on their end before I could be refunded, citing it was a vendor issue. Once it was finally processed I asked for a refund, just checked my account and now the refund has not been processed. We were looking for a small chair to use as an occasional chair. We went to Living Spaces & found a suitable chair that happened to be the wrong color. They offered to order one as their stock of same was depleted. After weeks of waiting, the chair came & was set up. We purchased a sofa and recliner from Living Spaces. The recliner had to be special order in order to get a chair that didn't rock The sofa arrived this morning but the recliner mechanism on both ends didn't work correctly, Eventually they had to take the soda away with one section still extended as it would not go back into place. The item was severely damaged, and it's taking almost two month to get a replacement. Very bad experience as they can not expedite the replacement even though they have the item in stock!

I purchased a mattress on 11/8. I got the email that I could schedule my delivery so I scheduled it for Saturday 11/26. They told me my window was 2-6pm. They never came. I used the chat function to inquire they told me I had to reschedule and said sorry for the inconvenience. I rescheduled for Monday and took the day off work. Again, they never came.
