Purchased bunk beds with delivery and assembly. Installers could not assemble because parts were missing. They left to get parts, but did not return. In meantime, we inspected unassembled beds and noticed paint was scuffed and wood was fractured. Packaging had been previously opened and resealed. Thats why some hardware was missing. We believe company sold us previously sold and returned beds. Charged us for new beds, but sold us previously sold and returned beds. We returned beds and asked for refund. After waiting weeks for ordered items, they are delivered damaged. Called in and received horrible customer service. Even the lead or manager was not helpful. They do not work with you for picking up the defective items, or dont offer a courtesy of having help to remove the damaged items, and provide no resolution. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I placed an order and paid in full with the promise of delivery within 2 weeks but was later sent an email saying it wont be delivered until a month and a half after the order was placed. Upon contacting the customer service and the *************, both the manager and the customer service agent and they refused to help us at all and offered cancellation only if we paid 25% restocking fee on an item that has never been delivered and cost us close to $2,400.
