We went in for a part they took care of us yes and they said the problem was common and when they are done they wash your car
Kevin in the service department is awesome. He knew I was on a time crunch and when my other machanic shop dropped the ball and didn't order the parts he had me drop my rig off and fixed it all up. I will always come back here for servicing for the F250.

WOW! Can I just say this place has absolutely EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in to the dealership and was looking at a Chrysler that I wanted to get. Mind you I had a Ford Focus SE 2011. Kent and Nicholas informed me that I could get a new 2016 FORD FOCUS SE and so I went for it. I couldn't believe it when he said that I got the car! The reason I go to a dealership is in hopes of having a little bit of help on a small issue. My car has as "factory set" code that is listed in the manual and is needed in order to reset the keyless entry pad on the outside of the door. I called Lithia in hopes they could help me. They said the charge to get the 5 digit code was $49.95 flat rate. I asked why so much? they said it takes up to an hr and 1/2 to search the security system to retrieve the code. Used the body shop a couple of years ago. Body work was great. Frontman was an idiot. Body people swapped out my bed liner and my never on the ground spare for a beat up piece of crap. Thieves.

I'm embarrassed I bought a car from this place. Two months after purchasing my 07 subaru outback I'm almost 1000 dollars into work to keep it running. I took it back to lithia a month after they told me nothing was wrong w the car - the opposite of what my mechanic said. I'm a single parent and live hundreds of miles from family !! I needed a reliable car and they told me this was the car for me ! they did nothing to fix any issues. I am stranded w out a car once again
