While visiting Boise we made a visit to the Lithia Ford Property. We were greeted by a young woman named Cindy . My husband and I were so impressed by her knowledge of the Autos we were interested in. She made a big difference in our selection when we decided to buy a new car. You are very lucky to have such a wonderful young lady who takes in every need when looking for such and important purchase.

Had been to several local Ford Dealerships in the area, but couldn't find an F150 Platinum Pickup in the color or equipped the way I wanted it. Kim Luy met me on the lot with a beautiful smile, and we looked at & drove several F150's. Once I decided on the truck I wanted, Kim put the deal together in less than 15 minutes. I think Kim is a true Professional, and Lithia of Boise is lucky to have her on their team.

Ummmm...not super impressed unfortunately. They always appear nice because they want to reel you in. However...when it comes down to talking reality, they low-ball you and start tightening their collars. They said my trade in was worth nearly nothing then "miraculously" it went up $3500 when we were backing out. Red flag....went to Tom Scott Honda and got much better service and a much better deal. The only good thing is how informative the salesman was in the selection.

This is an outstanding dealership with sales people that listen to what you need and get it to you at a good price. I have purchased two vehicles from them in the last few years, and I highly recommend them!

Worst buying experience ever! Sales associate Cristobal (Cris) will tell you whatever you want to hear and then dodge you anytime you try to get a hold of him to try and follow up. Won't return messages and won't come out to the front if you're there in person. He gives car sales people a bad name. After only having the truck for a week it ended up back in their shop costing us $650. Luckily, there was a service manager who finally helped us but we will never be back to them.

I had my car shipped here today, but the snow from this morning made it impossible to drive off lot. The dealership had no problem letting me leave the car there until the snow clear up, and it probably saved me from having a wreck driving a rear wheel drive car in the snow. Anyone that has ever had a car shipped knows the nightmare it is to trust someone else with your car, and the fact that the dealer didn't profit at all from letting me leave it there shows just how trustworthy they can be.
