Quite possibly the worst non-buying experience ever. Eight days after they cashed our check we still did not have ownership of the vehicle and cancelled our purchase. Sales team was unprofessional, uncommunicative, and untruthful. In other words, every bad cliche there is about a used car salesman.
Really great experience. Victor showed us what we wanted and helped get us the best trade in price and financing to meet our budget. Thanks Tom and Victor!
