Rhett in service was fantastic. I had a very dissatisfying experience with the shuttle driver (over an hour late and rude) but Rhett's courtesy, excellent service and efforts to correct the situation and make up for it turned a very angry customer into a very satisfied and happy customer. There are few things I dislike in this world as much as having to shop for and purchase a new vehicle. I just purchased a new fusion to replace my 2010 fusion. I was more than satisfied working with Kent on my purchase. I have had all my service work done at Łithia and have always been pleased with their work. I know that sometimes the quick lube is busy but I just drop my car off and either get a courtesy ride or have my wife pick me up. Lithuania has always called to tell me it is done and then I can pick it up at my leasure.
My experience with Rhett in the service department was phenomenal! He exceeded my expectations in every way; plus he's a great guy! Thank you for fixing what I needed on my 2013 Ford Edge (and believe me, I had a long list) 😉
So before I tell you to avoid this place like the plague understand this is my second bad experience with them. The last one was ten years and 4 vehicles ago when they tried to okey doke us in the finance department which is why we didnt return for the next four cars. And unfortunately the dealer we love just didnt have what we were looking for so I know I should have learned my lesson. So we go into the dealership on Sunday looking for a car we saw on autotrader. My car was in for recall..you botched it...tried to blame me.
It was a rough stretch at the beginning of our car buying experience with Lithia, but it turned out pretty great in the end. This is our 2nd time buying from them and will probably do so again when the time comes. Our salesman, Cody, had the car we wanted to test drive ready to go when we pulled into the lot. They all were very polite and accommodating (I was there with two daughters, one a baby, and no wife).
