The service dept is severely lacking in customer service. They don't want to talk to you about your car problems, they don't communicate about the issue and they can be downright rude. I called Kendall Ford and they helped me in every way to get my car fixed.
To change the oil, I just leave the key on the counter and worry about nothing. The service is great.
I had a great experience with Lithia's Quick Service. I was greeted immediately by Amy and she handled everything. I don't believe I was even there for 30 minutes and in that time they changed my oil, rotated my tires, changed my air and cabin filters. Good job.
I brought my beloved 2000 Ford Excursion in with a Transmission Issue Rhett, and Jesse took excellent care of my truck and fixed other things I later poured on there backs. Top notch service!! Thank you so much for feeling it was important to earn my trust!!
Chris Nixon was my sales person, and between him and Alan the manager, we had a great experience they made the whole process smooth and fairly fast. We even drove to Nampa to be sure the trunk could hold Dad's wheelchair. Thanks
I found a F250 on the website that I was interested in. The price was fair and the truck was exactly as presented. I was helped by Jay Gentle, who was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I did not bring my trade in truck with me, but site unseen, was given a fair trade in value. The next day, snowing heavily, I showed up with my trade in.
