My 2016 Ford 350 is back in the service dept with the Death Shake� They had it 3 days the last time!!! I️ requested a loaner vehicle when my husband dropped the truck off at 8:00am he was told by Ryan in the service dept he didn’t have any!!! I️ find that very hard to believe ! Or they may truly have that many LEMONS in the shop!!! I️ have a call into Ted as well the Service manager. On a positive note Ryan in the service dept. is going above his pay grade ! Wow, have never been so disappointed in a dealership. Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise shame on you! Had been working with 2 salesmen and finally received a signed deal yesterday and they sold it out from under us today. They "conveniently" had not received the signed deal as they had someone in person to buy the truck. Not to mention the $500 we are now out due to the plane ticket we purchased to fly down and pick up the truck. I was warned about dealing with Lithia; guess I learned my lesson.
