Josh Maynard Parts and Service rep was great! Texted me as progress was being made on my recall items. Also—Helped me with purchase and installation of new antenna and had a great personality. Best auto-repair experience I have had.

I had a great experience with lithia, the service provided was good and I didn't have to worry about getting home because they provided me with a shuttle.
Drove 7 hours from reno. Jake Moran, our salesman, had breakfast waiting. Signed papers, Tom was great, took 1/2 hour. Gave us fair money for trade in. Drove new expedition back to reno. Second vehicle we bought from Jake
