I'm 78 years old and have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years. We just purchased a vehicle from them yesterday and it by far is the best experience I've ever had. A special thanks to the entire staff.
Fast, friendly and efficient.
I bought their oil change plan when I bought my truck. After the first oil change, they put a sticker in the window to come back after 3000 miles. When I did they said, oh no the plan is every 6000 miles. So they put a new stock in my window. So yesterday after 6000 miles I returned to get my oil change. Oh no they said, it is every 6 months but you can upgrade if you want. Next truck .. Kendall DO NOT buy their oil change plan and if you do get a print out of what if REALLY says.
I gave them 1 star only because one half wasn't an option. I don't live nearby so I was basically shopping by phone. Spent 2 days trying to get info and call backs, and had found the truck I wanted, but no one made time for me. In an afternoon, CORWIN Ford made me a great deal on the same truck. I will never call Lithia again
Have bought 4 vehicles through Lithia in the past. Their customer service has gone downhill. When we were looking into a new truck, we sure did not feel like a valued customer. We went to another Ford Dealer in Meridian and it was a Much Better experience, plus the same truck was thousands of dollars less. Sadly, We will not do business with this dealership again.
This was definitely my best vehicle buying experience ever out of 9 purchases from across the United States. Kim did a great job presenting the lineup and she made for a relaxed environment and once my wife and I found what we wanted we went inside to deal with the sales team. Usually that’s where my smile disappears and I need to bring my a game but I was able to relax quick enough. I was offered fair trade in and got the new rig for exactly what I wanted. Thanks again Lithia and team.
