These folks provide the best service I’ve ever experienced. The service manager made sure I understood everything that was going on, followed up daily and made sure the problems were resolved. And I was shuttled around as needed. I’ll definitely buy my next Ford from Lithia.
Least Ford F150 flex fuel 016 Nothing but problems always in the shop doors windows now the Sun roof is broke waiting for parts one month Actual waiting for 2 more recalls was going to purchase this truck not now Tired of Paying for a piece of junk it's a $50000 fully loaded Signed paperwork about lemon law which day say it's not a lemon I say it is that paper at signing is toilet paper been driving Fords for 40 years I will get out of this one and never do service at this dealership going back to Chevy
