When the repair was going to take more than a day, he put me in a vehicle so I could continue to work without having to arrange travel. Never buy a car from them. Bought a 2016 edge new off lot 2 years ago and it has had nothing but issues and even when we take it down there we get a run around. They have found every loop hole within their warranties. I am absoutley disgusted by their 'bed side manner' and the way they run business. Here's to 45k wasted!!!!

Must be honest, develop some character, fix broken service department, meet Lincoln standards (or at least try to come close).

Lisa Crabtree was just great and made my recent experience dealing with couple of recall items on my Ford Escape a pleasure.
