Overall good experience buying my F150 about 2 weeks ago. I initially wasnt going to buy a new truck so really had no pressure to pull the trigger. Nick made the process easy and was not pushy at all. We found the right truck for my needs and we were able to work my trade in value close to what I needed. My only complaint is the way the truck was delivered. Been coming here for years but I guess I just got a bad day. Brought my wife and my new trucks in for oil changes at noon. It is now 3:15 and still no trucks. Was told a mechanic lost a socket in my wife’s engine compartment and he can’t find it. They asked to please wait outside on a seat. Outside happens to be 95 degrees and the seats are made of metal with no shade whatsoever. Not the Saturday day I was hoping to have. All plans now screwed and I’m hot and pissed off. Still waiting....
I am disappointed to say that we bought a used truck, that only had 50k miles at Lithia a year ago and paid the extra to have extended warranty, but have had nothing but problems all year. Every time we turn around something breaks on it and service is far from helpful and this last time were downright rude. They seem to fix only one symptom at a time and won't test drive it towing, which is why we bought it. Such a disconnect from what their sales said service would be like to what it's actually like.
