Not one person social distancing no masks and did not even sanitize my car when it was finished. I saw so many people come in and out doors not once was the handle sanitized.

I do not recommend Lithia of Boise we purchased a 2011 Ford Explorer from them in 2012 off the lot. Paid for the extended warranties and life time oil changes for the vehicle at a 121000 miles 12 27 2019 the car overheated without warning. We took it to the dealership and was informed that the water pump went out with this particular Duratec engine when the water pump goes out Coolant goes in to the oil in the engine the timing belt shatters causing engine shards to enter the inside of the engine currently my car is not fixe... read more
