Customer service in the service department sucks! Since I’ve had to deal with my clutch going out in my car I’ve dealt with Lisa and Tyler and I didn’t catch the guys name today, but they are all rude as hell! I highly recommend not wasting your time dealing with these people at all

Fast service great people very pleasant
I am always being care of here. this dealership has the best service. They are always nice to me and have never been dishonest. I am offered a rental without even asking. I can easily use my warranty here even though I bought my car from a different dealership. I love Lithia Ford.
