I was under my 3000 mile 90 day warranty and also bought an extra warranty with my truck.. had a 1170 dollar ACM module go out and neither of them help with the price.. feel like I got ripped off and dont feel like I got the best customer service.
My lease was going to expire in a few months and I was shopping around for my next car. I went to several different dealerships but Wael and Brian made the process a super easy one. Not only were there no pressure tactics; when it came to talking numbers they worked with me and I was able to get a deal I was very comfortable with. I definitely recommend them.
Took the car in for service and they charged for a tire rotation, which wasn't charged before. I thought was always included since I have that lifetime oil change service when I got the car. Otherwise, they did do good work.
I usually dread the car buying process but these guys have made our last 3 vehicle purchases fun with little-to-no pressure. Our salesman, Brian Sucher was by far the best salesman I've worked with and I'm a big fan of their finance manager Gennadiy Barbin. They were fair on trade-in, new vehicle pricing and their service center has always been great.

Lithia has had my vehicle in the shop 6+ weeks now for a warranty issue. Zero progress on our fix until we complained that it was unacceptable. Not only did we have to push and beg for a loaner, but when they finally called and said our truck was finally ready, it had a big ding in the passenger door from an accident with a technician! I understand accidents happen, but a customer should not be the one that finds that damage.
