The staff at Lithia Ford was AMAZING!!! I purchase cars every 2 or 3 years so needless to say, I've had a few experiences. Lithia Ford was BY FAR the BEST experience I've ever had purchasing my vehicle. They went above and beyond!!!! When I turned my vehicle in (at another dealership) my salesman Grant drove to that dealership and gave me a ride. BTW, this was 5 days AFTER I purchased my vehicle.
