Gotta love when your engine makes a funny noise. You take it to the dealer. Who simply pops the hood. Says "engine's making a funny noise. That'll be $100 please." Second time Lithia Ford of Boise has pissed me off. Last time they screwed up my brakes on my truck and nearly killed me.
I really enjoyed working with the salesman, Mike. He was honest and helpful. He was able to answer most of my questions immediately and the ones that he need to research were answered promptly. The finance department was excellent and very helpful. I would recommend these two individuals to anyone that wanted to have a good, car-buying experience.
