Recently bought a new to us 2016 F-350. Had just gone in for an oil change on our 2014 Edge and were looking around the lot. Had been thinking of a truck purchase for some time and had done a ton a research. Our salesman, Chance, showed us several trucks and took the time to walk us through all the different models. I went in for preventative maintenance. I spent almost $800. Not only did it take longer than they had initially said, I felt like I was rushed on every other part of the transaction. Not to mention the fact that I felt extremely lied to. They said there was “a tread sound,” but the moment I drove away, I knew it was the transmission.
