Having done business with Jim Sterk, Mgr of Lithia was a positive experiences.For your transportion needs I highly recommend Lithia. My Ford ride is a 1923 Model T Ford, which I have had for 63 years. Fords are a dependable way to go.
I don't understand why it takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour after they pull my truck out of the service bay and park it in the parking lot before they call me in the waiting room to tell me that they are done with the oil change on my truck.
Best dealership I have dealt with l, Had issues with our focus and f150 and we brought them to Lithia. The team went above and beyond to help us. Getting tires on for winter was cheaper than anywhere else. They tuned up the truck and did their best to keep the prices down and she runs so much smoother. As for the focus she no longer exaggerates when you step on the gas to get up and go. Thank you Lithia! won’t go anywhere else!
Very pleased with my experience at Lithia! Brian and the rest of the staff were very prompt and helpful. I got a great deal on a commercial passenger van, and an incredible service plan to go along with it! I would definitely recommend Lithia to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and be sure to ask for Brian!!!
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. We were told the prior night that the paperwork would be complete at 1 in the afternoon since we were traveling from Eastern Idaho to purchase the vehicle after having to put down a deposit. At 2:45, we left without ever having been checked with. Finance manager told us that since the interest rate difference of .75% only dropped the payment $10 per month, we shouldn't be worried about it. Aaron’s truck broke down on his way to work yesterday in Boise. Since we are 5 hours away, I thought I would call the Ford dealership in Boise to see if they could help with the situation. I spoke with Lisa Crabtree in the service department and she went above my expectations to help. She got us set up with the tow truck, did a diagnosis, and got it fixed by 2:30 on Saturday. Would highly recommend Lithia’s Service Department, and especially Lisa, for the quick, professional service!

I dont know were to begin. First of all I have never been treated so well by any autobody shop ever... Aaron and Chris went way beyond the call of duty.. After getting the car repaired they helped us deal with insurance companies and get it taken care of where our deductible is covered by the other insured. It was very stressful 3 weeks for my wife and myself and Aaron and Chris kept up the Fantastic customer service so incredibly impressed with these guys.
