I took my car in for service, not really knowing what all needed to be done. Kyle very fairly explained the maintenance schedule. After I had driven away, he called to let me know they had forgotten to replace my windshield wipers. I turned around and went back. For my inconvenience, he gave me the wiper blades free of charge. Kyle is the best!
Lithia Ford service department turned what could have been an awful experience into an awesome experience. I recently purchased a certified-used vehicle at Lithia. 3 weeks after the 60 day warranty expired the car completely died. The service department didn't charge me to fix the vehicle, and instead agreed that I shouldn't have had the problems I had. After that experience, I truly TRUST their service department and will always go back for any necessary maintenance or repairs.

Bought my 2013 Chevy Cruze from Lithia a year ago. Also bought new tires there. I love the service department! I was there yesterday to get tires rotated. They also did an inspection that found a possible oil & power steering leak. I opted to pay $95 for a diagnostic to determine the problem. After closer inspection the tech decided that it was most likely some oil dripped from the filter during the last oil change (Lithia does the oil service for me too). I'm not in the market for a car, but if I were I wouldn't go to Lithia. An employee driving a brand new car off the lot almost destroyed my car because he was in a hurry. If they're that reckless with all the cars on their lot, I wouldn't want to purchase one. Being courteous doesn't end when you're leaving the parking lot.
We purchased both of our cars here and Jay Gentle helped us both times. He is seriously the best! We are now a proud Ford family with our Escape and Fusion. I would recommend anyone and everyone to Jay- He makes the car buying process so fun!
