Very good customer service but like most auto parts their version of an hour is not the real version I was told what I need to be done would take an hour It took 2.5.....

I bought my 2006 F150 Super Crew 2.5 years ago from Lithia of Boise and when I had a recent problem with it, the service team did their best to be a great resource to me. They freely provided their time to help diagnose and fix the problem. I greatly appreciate their efforts and concern even though I am 800 miles away in California and couldn't bring it in to their shop to get it fixed.
