We just bought two trucks as repeat customers from LITHIA and hands down we will continue to travel five hours to buy from these guys! Our salesman, Jay has sold us three trucks in three years and hands down he's amazing! I would recommend LITHIA to anyone! Honest, amazing people!!!
We bought our Focus years ago and were talked into buying the lifetime oil change. We weren't told the crap we'd have to endure each time we took the car in. There is always a list as long as my arm about what needs to be done to the car even though they have been asked repeatedly to do just the oil change and even though they've been told we have our own mechanic. I've been to many dealers before and bought many cars. Lithia ford is the BEST. Grant Bothen was the Best. He was VERY knowledgeable about the focus. Grant was GREAT when it came to the, "dreaded numbers" but it wasn't like that at all. We talked and came to an agreement right away with NO pressure at all. Grant was really a nice guy, easy to be around, Hell, He even showed my wife how to put her phone into the car's system.
I must agree with the majority of reviews I've read. Lithia Motors has extremely bad sales and service people. Wanted a cash price for a new van. Had the money but the salesman kept coming back to us while we were in the store with time payment amounts. These were supposedly coming from Lithia's manager. They would not give a cash price. Therefore, we went to a different brand dealerships where we have purchased 2 vans for cash.
Kent was a great help! Great service and professional atmosphere - I would recommend Lithia Ford as a great place to do business! Thanks again.
