My husband was all set to buy an F150 here, but was concerned about a steering issue. Asked for it to be fixed and then he would purchase the truck. They tried to get him to sign a contract before it was fixed, but he refused. The next day Lithia backed out of its offer. That's ok, we took our business to Corwin instead where we received EXCELLENT customer service!
Kim Luy was an absolute joy to work with and made my purchase the best and easiest I've ever had for buying a car. She helped get me into the 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium of my dreams, I will be letting anyone and everyone know what a pleasure it was working with her. I bought my car from Lithia just over two years ago and they have been an amazing company to work with ever since. Today after getting my oil changed, my car died about 5 miles from the dealership. I called them and two technicians drove to check out my car immediately. Dakota was one, and unfortunately I forgot the other gentleman's name, but they were great! They looked at anything it could've been and within 10 minutes had my car up and running. Thanks to you guys and everyone else over at Lithia, you guys are great!
