RecommendedIrving Tovar, salesman extraordinaire, was top-notch. My purchase of a used 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 was...easy and pleasant! We negotiated 4 new tires and a spray-in bed-liner with no drama. They gave me a very fair trade-in value too. They have streamlined the process with smiles and customer service everywhere. I helped my friend purchase a new 2019 Fusion Energi at Joe Cooper Edmond and I picked up the car on 8/17. Cooper dated the paperwork 8/12 and as of today (Oct 1) we still don’t have paperwork to get tags. We’ve tried calling and emailing the dealer but they won’t respond. Also, they didn’t payoff the old note until 9/4 even though they dated the new loan 8/12. An additional payment of $350 was sent to Ford Motor Credit but Ford “thinks” they sent this $$ to Cooper. Cooper won’t tell us where that money went. Caveat emptor
Easy straightforward car buying, didn’t feel pressured
they work with you to buy a car once the deal is made they kind of leave you hang waiting on paperwork.
This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone that I came in contact was very nice. I would highly recommend them
Overall a good experience but check your tint. Never thought I’d get a ticket for tint that was on the vehicle when I bought it from the dealership. Thought it would be their job to sell me a street legal vehicle. I bought a used truck 2015 with only 13500 miles. I suppose the previous owner did the tint. anyhow was shocked when I got a ticket today.
I recently purchased a used F-150 from Joe Cooper Ford and the customer service was great! Nathaniel was great to work with. He didn't try the normal sales pitches you would expect from salesman and he listened to what I asked for and didn't try to sell me more than what I wanted.
Jeremy Ball got me hooked me up big time! Helped me with every I needed and answered every question too! First time buying a car will probably get my future cars only from them! Everyone was very nice and welcoming! I suggest checking them out ASAP even if you may not be looking for a car!!!!
